Halloween Class Party

Get ready for a spooky celebration at your K-4 student's 2024 Halloween class party! Sign up using the link below starting at 8:00 p.m. on October 10 to secure your spot (only if you haven't helped with a prior party in the class this year).

When you sign up, be sure to specify your contribution choice. You can choose between providing games, crafts, treat bags, or plates/napkins and juice boxes.

After sign-ups are completed, you will work with your fellow volunteers and the class captain for efficient planning.

Please note: Class captains do not need to sign up for a spot in their captain classroom, but do need to sign up if they are helping in another child's classroom.

Class Parties General Info

Each school year, our K-4 classrooms celebrate with a Halloween, Winter, and Valentine's Day party.

We are limited to the number of parent helpers we can have in each classroom so we work with our Classroom Captains to assign volunteers to each party.

When it comes to parties, the classrooms love receiving donations! Just remember, though, that any food donations should adhere to the guidelines laid out in the student handbook (pgs. 36-37):

"Due to health concerns, neither homemade nor store-bought treats will be allowed to be brought from home and passed out for birthdays or holiday parties. The school will provide all treats for holiday parties."

Crafts or games that can be created/completed quickly can also be donated. Please email your Class Captain to make sure your donation isn't duplicated.

Please avoid sending crafts that contain glitter, paint that takes a long time to dry, or anything that takes more than 10 minutes to complete.
